VIP Transport, Inc. agent for Mayflower Transit, was started over 25 years ago with the goal of providing full quality transportation service to residential, commercial and specialized customers. Formerly an agent for Allied Van Lines, VIP Transport is now one of the country’s largest Mayflower Transit agents. We have offices located on both the East and West Coasts, as well as more than 1,000 domestic and international affiliated offices. We moved our location to Corona, California in 1995. The city of Corona was centrally located witih access to freight and vehicle transport corridors, making it an ideal location for a full service transportation company.
VIP Transport has earned the reputation as being one of the finest agents in the market. Our abilities to plan, coordinate, and execute efficient moves are unmatched. We offer a staff who is trained and focused on making your relocation process as smooth as possible. Our staff brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, allowing us to provide our customers with the best moving services available; and we maintain the resources, equipment, and personnel to handle any job, regardless of size or scope.
Customer Relations
We believe that customer satisfaction is a direct result of outstanding customer service. VIP provides our customers with a dedicated staff, ready to answer any questions you may have throughout your moving process. We provide our accounts with after-hours contacts, available to assist with any last minute detail. We are also equipped with an off-hours paging system whereas assigned personnel are on-call in case of emergency.
At VIP Transport, accountability is assumed by each entity throughout the moving process. We go to great lengths to monitor our levels of customer service. This begins with the receipt of an order, and ends with the prompt settlement of any claim. Our process entails on-time pick-ups and deliveries, claims performance, driver performance, and customer satisfaction. Our coporate committment to quality began with our vision of achieving service excellence, and has resulted in VIP being the first choice for government and corporate relocation.
We have established a set of standards that includes an on-going training program, system-wide communication, and strict monitoring of our customer's satisfaction. This has resulted with "quality" becoming the culture of our company. Our principles are simple:

VIP has the highest security measures in our facilities for the safety of our customer's goods. Our locations are all under 24-hour surveillance which each includes a 16 channel multi-plexer that is viewable by a 16 screen display. Each screen is recorded separately and viewed by a security officer. Our warehouse facilities are all fully alarmed and gated and are only open during normal business hours. Due to the high value products that are stored in our facilities, our staff is extensively trained in taking the highest security measures possible. All warehouse staff is uniformed and has ID at all times.
Accomplishments
- Transportation of the Hubble Telescope and other satellites and space equipment for NASA
- Received Official Moving Status from the LA Kings (14 years) and Golden State Warriors (2 years), moving all players, coaching staff and administrative personnel for the organizations
- Transportation of a 1500-pound life sized terra cotta warrior from the Imperial Tombs of China exhibit
- Proudly selected to transport irreplaceable tours such as the Dead Sea Scrolls, The Baseball Hall of Fame, Catherine the Great, Princess Diana’s Dresses and The Majesty of Spain Tour
- Recognized by scientists and Universities for the solution to Lab Transportation. VIP has moved the laboratories for several prestigious institutions including Princeton, Stanford, University of Oklahoma, University of Florida and University of Chicago Hospital. These labs have included highly sensitive materials such as DNA library and human cells.
- Selected by the National Symphony, The Boston Pops and The San Francisco Symphony for hauling their tours across the country in our climate vans
